Attorney Sydne French has won hundreds of drunk driving and criminal cases of all types. Much of her success is due to her unique background. Sydne's training and experience in scientific research and psychology make her particularly adept at exposing flaws in the State's evidence. Whether it involves proving that errors were made in the collection and/or scientific analyses of physical evidence, or demonstrating the inherent unreliability of eyewitness testimony, Sydne has the skills and experience to level the playing field and expose weaknesses in the State's case.
Sydne's skills in forensic analysis of evidence helped bring justice to Wisconsin citizens accused of all manner of serious crimes. Her work with the Wisconsin Innocence Project earned her the Baldwin Award for Excellence in Criminal Law. The Innocence Project is a national criminal defense organization well known for attacking scientific evidence such as DNA to exonerate wrongfully accused persons.
